Operator Policy
How we work with parking operators and what to expect when your booking is fulfilled by a third party.
1. Third-party operators
Parking products are supplied by third-party operators. Their own operating rules, access conditions, and cancellation terms also apply to your booking.
2. Service standards
- We expect operators to provide the parking service described at the time of booking.
- Arrival instructions, transfer times, and terminal arrangements may vary by site.
- Operators may request booking reference details and vehicle identification on arrival.
3. Changes and interruptions
If an operator changes a service, we will work with them to help resolve the issue, but the operator remains responsible for delivering the parking service.
